communicate with “share chair”

I’m challenging to write my blog in english, wow!

I’m not a designer, but I wanted to try to realize my idea for a chair.

I made the chair named “share chair”.

and exhibited at Tokyo Designer’s week 02-06 Nov.

the chair have a transforming function from single use to doubles.

when you sit down the chair and anyone came here,

you pull the side handle of the chair each other.

you can expand the space and share the world

with the impressive interaction.

I wanted to make a communicative experience by the interaction.

I only focused to such as communication and

the chair wasn’t designed so as a beautiful shape,

but I’m glad many people said the design was impressive. thank you !
